Workshop Order, Safety and Liability

At the Mellow Atelier, ensuring that our workshops are safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone is our priority. The following legal boundaries apply:

Equipment Use

During the workshop, participants are provided with sharp floristry tools (pruning shears, etc.). It is entirely the participant's own responsibility to use these tools carefully and in accordance with the instructor's guidance. The Mellow Atelier cannot be held liable for personal injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or incorrect use of equipment.

Health Status and Allergic Reactions

All materials used in our workshops (flowers, leaves, plant branches, etc.) are natural products. Certain plant species can trigger pollen allergies or skin reactions on sensitive skin. If participants have a known plant or pollen allergy, it is their responsibility to notify our instructor before the workshop begins. Our company is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur during or after the workshop.

Personal Belongings

Safeguarding personal belongings (bags, phones, clothing, etc.) brought to the workshop is the participant's responsibility. Our company is not responsible for any staining, wetting, or loss of personal items due to flower water, leaves, or plant sap. We recommend choosing comfortable, non-precious clothing.

Venue and Third-Party Damages

As a mobile workshop, events sometimes take place in corporate offices, private properties, or rented venues. The participant causing any damage is directly and personally responsible for physical damage to the event area, venue furniture, or third-party properties.
