Cancellation Policy

At the Mellow Atelier, our top priority is to offer you the freshest flowers and a flawless experience in all our mobile workshops. To preserve the vibrancy of our flowers and ensure that material sourcing and planning are tailored perfectly for each participant, we apply certain booking and cancellation rules. These terms are accepted upon booking.

Workshop Types and Payment Terms

A — Private Workshops

When we finalise a date for a group event exclusive to you and your loved ones, we request a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the materials and dedicate that day entirely to your group.

Remaining Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be completed at least 5 days before the event date. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not completed within this period.

Cancellation and Transfer: You may cancel at least 5 days before the event date (the deposit remains non-refundable), or fully transfer your participation right to another person.

B — Corporate Workshops

When we plan a corporate event for your company or team and finalise the date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit for operational preparations and fresh material procurement.

Remaining Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be completed at least 7 days before the event date. Delays in payment may result in paused preparations and cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation and Date Change: You may request a cancellation or reschedule by notifying us at least 7 days before the event date.

C — Public Workshops

This workshop model, announced on specific dates with limited capacity, has not started yet. When we open our doors, all details will be available here.

Minimum Participant Requirement: We aim to come together with at least 5 participants. If this minimum is not reached 3 days (72 hours) before the event, we may cancel or postpone the workshop.

Cancellation by Us: If we cancel due to insufficient attendance, we will inform you immediately and refund 100% of the amount paid. You may also keep this credit for a future date.

D — How to Reach Us

Please send all cancellation, postponement, or transfer requests in writing to our official email address, within the specified periods (3, 5, or 7 days). We recommend email over social media DMs or phone calls to ensure nothing is missed.

E — Non-Attendance and Fresh Flowers

We cannot offer refunds for last-minute cancellations made outside the specified periods or for non-attendance on the event day. Our flowers are live, fresh, and delicate — unused materials reserved for you cannot be stored after the event. However, if your plans change last minute, we will gladly welcome a friend in your place.

F — Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, extreme weather, a sudden serious health issue affecting our instructor, or unavoidable venue issues, we may need to postpone the workshop. In such cases, we will immediately offer new date options or process a full refund according to your preference.
