Cancellation Policy

Our Process: When we finalize a date for a group event exclusive to you and your loved ones, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount in order to reserve that entire day for you and secure the materials.

Remaining Payment: To ensure a seamless organization, we kindly ask you to complete the remaining 50% of the total balance at least 5 days prior to the event date. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the payment is not made within this period.

Cancellation and Transfer: You may cancel your plans up to 5 days before the event date (in which case the deposit is non-refundable), or if you wish, you may fully transfer your attendance right to a loved one.

Our Process: Once we plan a wonderful corporate event for your company or team and finalize the date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount for operational preparations and fresh material procurement.

Remaining Payment: We expect the remaining 50% balance to be completed within the agreed payment term following the issuance of the invoice. In the event of a payment delay, the company will be contacted, and legal proceedings may be initiated.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If your plans change as an institution, you can request a cancellation or we can reschedule the date together by notifying us at least 7 days prior to the event date.

These are the open workshops we announce on our website for specific dates, with a limited number of spots. You book and pay for your ticket online when you reserve your place.

Minimum Participant Requirement: To preserve the energy and sharing spirit of these delightful workshops, we aim to gather at least 5 participants. If we cannot reach this number 3 days (72 hours) prior to the event date, we may unfortunately have to cancel the workshop or postpone it to a later date.

Cancellation by You: If you cancel more than 7 days before the workshop, we'll refund your ticket price in full. The service fee is non-refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop, we're unable to offer a refund, but you're always welcome to send a friend in your place. Just let us know their name before the day. To cancel, email us at info@themellowatelier.com and we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

As open workshops are booked for a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a workshop, for example because the minimum number of participants isn't reached, we will inform you immediately and refund everything you paid in full, including the service fee, without any deductions. If you prefer, you can also use it towards a future workshop date.

Should there be a change in your plans, we kindly ask you to submit your cancellation, postponement, or name change (transfer) requests in writing to our company's official email address, keeping in mind the notice periods specified above (3, 5, or 7 days). Since verbal notifications via social media (DM) or phone calls might be overlooked, proceeding via email is always the safest way.

We are unable to provide refunds for last-minute cancellations made outside the specified timeframes or if you fail to attend the workshop on the event day. Since our flowers are living, fresh, and delicate materials, we unfortunately do not have the chance to store the materials reserved and left unused for you on the event day. Therefore, no rights can be claimed on these materials after the event. However, please remember that even if your plans change at the last minute, we will gladly welcome a friend in your place!

We may have to postpone the workshop in the event of natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, sudden and serious health problems of our instructor, or unavoidable circumstances arising from the event venue. In such a scenario, to prevent any inconvenience, we will immediately offer new date options or gladly process a refund request in line with your preference.
