Sümeyra
Sümeyra leads the floral direction: what we make, how we make it, the seasonal palette, and how we show all of it on social and in photos. If it looks the way it looks, that's her.
Mellow is run by two close friends. Here's how it started, and where it's going.
We met in 2018 while living and working in Turkey. We were in different departments of the exact same company, and we crossed paths thanks to a corporate event. From that day on, our paths never separated. We've attended and co-organized countless events together since.
That's exactly why we believe so deeply in what we do. Corporate events brought the two of us together, so we know firsthand that they can be magnificent occasions, the kind that quietly grow into lifelong friendships.
“In 2026, we decided to make it a thing. The Mellow Atelier was born, a mobile flower workshop atelier, built on the idea that an unhurried afternoon with stems and people you like is a small but real kind of medicine.”
We're still engineers at heart. We just trade math for stems on the weekends, and increasingly during the week.
Sümeyra leads the floral direction: what we make, how we make it, the seasonal palette, and how we show all of it on social and in photos. If it looks the way it looks, that's her.
Ezgi leads the side that keeps Mellow running: partnerships, finance, operations, and all the conversations that turn a Sunday hobby into a real atelier. If it works, that's her.
Mellow feels soft, harmonious, gentle, and warm to us. It’s the hub we want to be, and the feeling we want to send to everyone we reach.

Every workshop is led in person. We're not a platform. We're two people who show up.
Lopsided, asymmetrical, wonky, those bouquets are often the best ones. We mean it.
We work with what's actually blooming. If it's not in season, we'll tell you, and we'll show you something better.
Flowers are the excuse. The real thing we're making is a slow afternoon together.
One short letter a month. New workshops, seasonal blooms, behind-the-scenes.
